STUDENT REDRESS POLICY & PROCEDURES

Student seeking redress for any grievance must first fill in and submit the Complaint Form obtainable from the Student Affairs Officer.

Processing Time
Upon receipt of complaint, our Student Affairs Officer will proceed to investigate the case, submit a report to the Programme Manager, and inform the aggrieved of the status of investigation within 7 days. The school normally will resolve complaints within a maximum of 21 days.

General Provisions
Other person (s) may be selected by the aggrieved student to assist at each step of the procedure at the aggrieved student’s discretion, provided that the selected person(s) agrees to help. Failure of the school to reply to the student’s grievance, within the time limits above-specified, grants the student the opportunity to take the grievance to the next step.

Handling Procedure
Students seeking redress for their grievance are to represent themselves at all steps of the redress of grievance procedures.

CLASSROOMS & CAPACITY

There are currently three classrooms at our premises with a maximum seating capacity of 13 students per room. However, we are also seeking other avenues to conduct our courses including possible share partnership with other education centres for inter-usage of each other premises to further expand our classes and capacity.

TEACHERS/LECTURERS & TRAINERS

We have a team of full and part-time teachers & trainers who are fully qualified and approved by MOE to teach and train at our school.

Our Teaching Staffs Strength are:

1) Full Time Teachers/ Lecturers - 2 persons

2) Part-Time Teachers/ Trainers - 5 persons
